Conçu par OMA, fondé par Rem Koolhaas Situé sur une tranquille étendue de sables immaculés, la façade élégante aux lignes en cascade de The Perigon s'élèvera haut au-dessus des rivages légendaires de Miami Beach. Des vues panoramiques embrassent les marées apaisantes de l'Atlantique, les eaux remarquables de la baie de Biscayne et l'illustre skyline de Miami.
